Even though the rooms were dark due to the building's style and a bit small, they managed to stay cool throughout the night without the need for air conditioning, which was great. The hotel was conveniently close to downtown Palm Springs, making it easy to explore the local attractions. However, the dining options were lacking, with no gluten-free or proper cutlery available. The service, while professional and accommodating, felt unfriendly at times.
The hotel had comfortable and modern rooms though noise from the bars made it hard to sleep at night. The service was friendly overall, but the breakfast lady was quite moody. The location was pleasant with some noise, and there were multiple restaurants nearby. The dining experience was better than expected while not allowing own drinks in the pool area. Overall, it was a nice stay with a few drawbacks.
